How to Track My Order?

  • After shipping, we’ll email you a confirmation with a tracking link. Click it to view your order’s status.

Can I Modify My Order?

  • Orders are processed quickly, so we can't make changes once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Returns or Exchanges?

  • Returns are accepted if items are in their original condition. Clearance items are final sale. We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you’ll get an online credit note for returns.

Item Out of Stock?

  • Restocks happen regularly. Sign up for our email notifications to catch the next one!

Wrong Shipping Address?

  • Contact us immediately with the correct address. If not yet shipped, we can update it. Otherwise, we’re unable to make changes.

Received Incorrect or Faulty Item?

  • Sorry about that! Email us within 30 days with your order number, product details, and a photo. We’ll sort it out.
